iTCCS will be performing a “backend” update at the end of March to the IBM server where all the magic happens. Specifically the CICS application will be getting an upgrade. These kinds of upgrades don’t happen too often, though the application is always kept up-to-date with patches. And the best thing about all of this? You won’t notice a thing. iTCCS promises seamless performance and keeping up with supported releases is, therefore, important (in fact, later this summer, the programming language environment — another important application — will be receiving an upgrade, too). And with multiple fail-safes, you can rest assured your data is always safe. Let us know if you have any questions.
